To organize and coordinate Chinese and American efforts to explore and
preserve the shared history of American and Chinese cooperation that
flourished throughout the Second World War.
2.
Promote aerospace education and general aviation knowledge to the youth
of the United States and China.
3.
To promote international academic and cultural exchanges among
individuals and institutions that share an interest in the history of
aviation and the shared history of the United States and China during
the Second World War.
4. To search for historic relics of China's Second World War
battlefields, particularly aircraft flown by American and Chinese
airmen, and where possible arrange for their
restoration and public display on tours and exhibits in the U.S.
and China.

Where possible, search for and identify the remains of American and
Chinese aircraft along the Infamous "Hump" air route.
6.
Coordinate a dialogue and develop cooperation between the China Aviation
Museum and selected aviation museums in the United States.
7.
To publish academic journals, promote historical research and to assist
in the development and
production of historical documentary film and television projects that
document American and Chinese cooperation throughout the Second World
War era.
8.
Where possible, assist in establishing the basis for economically
self-sustaining operations and institutions in areas where American and
Chinese airmen operated before and during the Second World War.
9.
Coordinate with the China Association for Expedition,
and the China Aviation Museum to recover, restore and put on
display the Curtiss P-40 fighter of the American Volunteer Group, that
is currently located in Lake Dianchi, Kunming, China.
10.
Coordinate with the China Association for Expedition and the China
Aviation Museum towards the eventual recovery and restoration of the
"Dolittle's Raiders" B-25 Mitchell bomber that has been
located off China's Yellow Sea coast.
