BRIGADIER GENERAL WILTZ P. "FLASH" SEGURA, USAF (RET)* 23rd Fighter Group & 14th Air Force fighter ace: The General is a respected fighter pilot who began his aerial combat career in China with the 75th Squadron of the 23rd Fighter Group. Flying both the P-40 Warhawk and the P-51 Mustang, Segura would destroy five Japanese aircraft in air-to-air combat. Later in his Air Force career, the General would fly the F-5 Freedom Fighter and the F-4 Phantom II while leading a fighter bomber wing in combat during the Vietnam War. (Deceased)
