General Reynolds is a former Air Force fighter pilot who is a veteran of air combat over North Vietnam. The General is also a former prisoner-of-war of the North Vietnamese, Following the War in Vietnam the General served as the Senior American Air Force Attache to the People's Republic of China, then he served as the Senior American Military Attache to the People's Republic. Following Air Force service, the General became a senior executive with the Raytheon Company and served as the chief Raytheon executive in the People's Republic of China.
