GENERAL RONALD R. FOGLEMAN, USAF (RET)**** Former Chief-of-Staff United States Air Force 1993-- 1997: One of the Air Forces' most respected "CHIEFS." The General has 6,500 flying hours in fighter, transport, tanker and rotary wing aircraft As a fighter pilot, flying first the F-100 Super Sabre and then the F-4 Phantom II, the General flew 315 combat missions during three combat tours in Southeast Asia.
