ADMIRAL RICHARD C. MACKE, USN (RET)**** Former
Commander-in-Chief U.S. Pacific Fleet:
The Admiral is a highly regarded naval aviator who as the
commander of a naval air attack squadron, introduced the navy's first
operational A-7 Corsair II attack aircraft into combat during the
